The early 1990s - Born of the web and its development

Ya so in the early 90s, it was created by Tim Berners-Lee who designed the website at the Swiss research center, CERN which is European Organization for Nuclear Research. at that time web was still in its infancy. the first web page was created in 1991 and it consists of simple texts and navigators which help people to navigate what it is and how it works.

In that website HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) was used for detailing and formatting web pages and HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), which is used to transfer data over the web. The Internet had already set its level at that time.

After a few years, it got a lot of development including Javascript - Which is a scripting language that helps to work pages with more functionality and dynamically and makes people more interactive to the web. Cascading style sheets were also introduced to the developers for a kind of great styling and designing of websites at that time.

The early 2000s - the rise of web applications and the young age of the internet

We can say that this decade our web was at a young age. In demand and a lot of hype for it is already created. The web turns to its next version which was web 2.0 because some great scripting language was introduced like PHP and ASP and a lot of cool stuff was created to do on the internet which allow people to interact more with the internet. Some search engine like Yahoo! and Netscape was created. Yahoo! broke away from Google in 2004 and, its market share has continued to grow to account for about 70 percent of all web searches.

During this time Social media sites and blogging sites were created to enjoy the internet a bit more. Many new marketplaces were created with the use of web development tech. This leads to the rise of the use of mobile phones and a rise in number of developers to create websites and applications that could be accessed on a variety of devices.

2010s - The rise of responsive web designs and the Mobile Revolution.

In 2010s a lot of stuff was going on on the internet and the use of smartphones becoming normal and casual led to the rise of responsive web designs to fit the same kind of data to different kinds of screen sizes this was particularly important because a lot of people started accessing the internet through their phone.

At that time developers started using API (Application Programming Interface) to catch data from other servers to make an interconnected ecosystem for web applications. Developers started focusing on the design even more because it become more important to understand the user interface and user experience through which they can interact with more users for their applications or website.

Today - the future of web development.

In present days we can't imagine our world without the internet. Today web development is a multi-faced complex and more high-performing things that include a lot of techs like Front end, Back end, Databases and so on for making super smooth fast and easy-to-catch web applications and websites.

User interaction become even more and almost every single individual is connected to the internet these days. More complex and developed things become popular and common like Artificial Intelligence(AI) and the Internet of things (IoT). developers need to learn a lot of things to create an innovative and easy-to-use website.
